The Union held its annual Breast Cancer Awareness match in the team's final game against Orlando City. Leading up to the match and during the game, the team dedicated many elements in order to help kick breast cancer.
Pink Gear
The Union decorated Talen Energy Stadium specifically for the match, with all four corner flags featuring a pink flag. Both nets were pink nets, and both captains wore pink captain's bands. Entering the match, select fans were given pink Toyota beanies as well. During the pregame festivities, fans held a breast cancer awareness ribbon out on the pitch.
