Philadelphia Union announced today that Cormac Dooley, known as “Doolsta” has extended his contract as the club’s gamer through the 2019 FIFA season. Doolsta, the 18-year-old gamer based in West Chester, PA, competed in the Union Esports Open presented by Independence Blue Cross, powered by N3rd Street Gamers which consisted of over 100 gamers throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. He represented the Philadelphia Union at the first ever eMLS Cup at PAX East in Boston earlier this year, earning a berth in the quarterfinals. He also competed in the MLS All-Star Challenge presented by Wells Fargo in August – competing against the likes of major FIFA athletes and Waka Flocka in Atlanta, ultimately playing in the finals.
