Philadelphia Union and the Philadelphia Union Foundation continued its “FIGHT FOR PHILLY” initiatives on Tuesday morning, donating and delivering 2,500 KN95 masks to frontline workers at Jefferson Health. The donation marks the organization's third large donation in as many weeks after donating over 1,000 meals to medical personnel to five hospitals and 3,000 face shields.
The Donation was aided with the help of the community assistance programs that were enhanced by a donation of at least $55,000 from Captain Morgan.
Fans can still get involved in the relief effort, with “FIGHT FOR PHILLY” t-shirts are available to purchase, and all net proceeds will go toward the platform’s charitable efforts.
