Philadelphia Union Academy U-19s continued their Development Academy season with a 4-1 win over a very tough and physical PDA side yesterday at YSC Sports.
Coach Kevin Coleman was happy with the team’s mentality after giving up a goal, as the U-19s stuck to their style of play, continuously pressing PDA, which ultimately led to the first two goals.
In the second half, the team created several dangerous scoring opportunities by playing the ball through the lines. The goals came from Darius Lewis (42’), Issa Rayyan (52’), Jeremy Rafanello (56’), and Brenden Aaronson (72’).
