Cedar Stars Academy and Baltimore Armour came to town last weekend for back-to-back game days at Power Training Complex in Chester to close out the home portion of the academy teams’ league schedule for 2018.
The U17s made it nine wins out of nine games to start the season with a 2-0 win on Saturday over Cedar Stars behind goals from Aboubacar Camara and Danny Flores and a clean sheet from goalkeeper Lukas Burns. The first half goal from Camara was his fourth of the season — second behind Patrick Bohui’s team-leading 7 — and Flores’ second half penalty kick was his second in league play.
