The U-20 US Men's National Team drew Pool F in the U-20 FIFA World Cup, being paired up with Ecuador, Senegal and Saudi Arabia for the group stage.
The USMNT won its first ever U-20 CONCACAF Championship earlier this month, defeating Honduras 0-0 (5-3) in the title game. Philadelphia Union's Auston Trusty was a member of the team, earning his first start against El Salvador and was subbed on during the title match. Steve Hudyma, an assistant athletic trainer for the Union, was also a member of the technical staff for the USMNT. Trusty projects to be on the U-20 USMNT FIFA World Cup roster, but that will be announced closer to the tournament.
