One of college soccer’s best rivalries is returning to Talen Energy Stadium with the sixth edition of the Army-Navy Cup scheduled for Sunday, October 15.
The match will be played at 2 p.m. between the Naval Academy and Army West Point and follows a Friday night match between Villanova and Georgetown that will serve as a kind of test run for the Friday and Sunday matches of the College Cup returning to the home of the Philadelphia Union for the second time on December 8 and 10.
The Army-Navy Cup has drawn some of the largest crowds in college soccer since coming to Chester, surpassing the 10,000 fan mark twice with 10,092 last year and 10,168 in 2014.
