ZURICH, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Running highlights from FIFA's congress. World soccer's governing body has voted on a series of reforms and elected Gianni Infantino as their new president on Friday (all times GMT):
18.15 European officials have been left delighted by Infantino's triumph, with Belgium's FIFA ExCo member Michel D'Hooghe saying: "It is the first time in a long time that I have felt happy about anything to do with FIFA. I am delighted he has won.
"He is a young, dynamic man who has done a superb job at UEFA and he is the perfect man to lead FIFA forwards.
