Real Jersey FC and Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals were crowned division winners in the U.S. Youth Soccer National League over the weekend in Las Vegas, joining Lehigh Valley United and Lower Merion SC as division winners to book a spot in the national championships.
Angus Kenson’s goal for Real Jersey FC held up to beat Utah club Sparta Premier JK in the winner-take-all match in the U15 age division on Sunday afternoon in Vegas. Real finished 4-0-1 in league play with 13 points while outscoring opponents 15-2.
Lower Merion SC Invictus was also part of the U15 boys competition, but fell three points shy of first place Oklahoma Energy with a 2-2-1 record.
