The Philadelphia Union will need to beat the New England Revolution once more on Tuesday night when the two teams meet for a sixth time in 2020 in a Round One playoff game at 8 p.m. (ESPN).
New England advanced out of the play-in round with a 95th minute winner from Gustavo Bou to beat the Montreal Impact on Friday night. Nashville SC won the other play-in match 3-0 over Inter Miami.
Though it didn’t become official until the full time whistle blew in Nashville, Revs head coach Bruce Arena was already looking ahead to facing the Union in his post-game interview, joking around about needing a scouting report on the Union.
