Philadelphia Union homegrown midfielder Cole Turner will have a chance to play out the rest of the 2021 season with one of the top teams in the USL Championship this season.
The 20-year-old Turner, who has made just one six-minute cameo for the Philadelphia Union this season, is joining El Paso Locomotive on loan for the remainder of the season. The Locomotive currently lead the Mountain Division on 47 points with 13-2-8 record.
Turner, a Churchville, Md. native, joined the first team in 2020 as a homegrown player after making 25 appearances for the Philadelphia Union 2 in 2019.
