Philadelphia Union acquired the No. 17 spot in the MLS Allocation Ranking from DC United in exchange for the No. 21 spot in the Allocation Ranking and the No. 21 overall pick in the 2020 MLS SuperDraft, pres. by adidas.
The Union still have picks in the 3rd and 4th round of the SuperDraft, which will take place via conference call on Monday.
The allocation process determines how clubs can acquire specific US Senior National Team players, youth National Team players, and former MLS players. The Union previously traded for the top spot in the allocation ranking in order to bring Alejandro Bedoya to Philadelphia.
