A two-game sweep of Richmond United and Empire United moved the Philadelphia Union Academy U18 team back into first place in the Atlantic Division of the U.S. Soccer Development Academy.
Rebounding from a weekend where they only managed one point from two games, the U18s beat Richmond United at YSC Sports 4-1 on Saturday and followed that up with a 1-0 win over Empire United on Sunday.
On Saturday, Tiger Graham opened the scoring in the 20th minute and added his team-leading 20th of the season five minutes later in the first half. Brandon Golden then extended the lead with a brace of his own, scoring his first career goals for the Union in the 29th and 57th minutes.
