The Philadelphia Union announced today that they have acquired 25 year old Dutch Midfielder Roland Alberg from Eredivisie side ADO Den Haag using Targeted Allocation Money.
The Rumors started just a few days ago, but today the Union officially announced the acquisition of their newest midfielder, Roland Alberg.
Alberg is coming to the Union from Eredivisie side ADO Den Haag, where he primarily played attacking midfielder, but also spent some time out on the left wing. Alberg played in 71 games for ADO, starting 60 of them. In that time he has bagged 16 goals and 13 assists, 8 of those goals and 9 assists coming from last season alone.
