Maurice Edu started his second straight match for Bethlehem Steel FC, playing in his first road match since September 10, 2016.

Edu played for the entire first half, playing 45 minutes as a holding midfielder. He finished the match with completing 90 percent of his passes, had 27 touches and won three tackles.

For Edu, this match is another step forward in his rehab process. Edu played 32 minutes in Steel FC's last match against Louisville City FC.

Head Coach Jim Curtin said in his weekly press conference last week that he's happy to see Edu progress in his rehab process, and continuing to get minutes with Bethlehem is key.
