Joe Farrell signed with the USL club after a successful four-year career playing for his dad at La Salle University.
La Salle University alum Joe Farrell, who trained with the Philadelphia Union Academy back in its "club and country" days, signed a contract with USL club Rochester Rhinos earlier this month.
While the signing has not been announced by the club, La Salle ran an article last week noting that the Blue Bell native had signed a one-year contract with an option for a second season.
The son of La Salle head coach Pat Farrell, Joe had a successful four-year career with the Explorers playing as a defender, midfielder, and forward, finishing eighth in program history with 16 career assists.
