Philadelphia Union recognized KenCrest as the team’s Charity of the Match for the team’s home opener against Toronto FC Saturday afternoon.
“We are truly appreciative of the Union to have our work highlighted and be a part of the home opener,” said Barbara A. Ballard, MS, Development Manager of KenCrest.
KenCrest is a non-profit organization which supports children at risk, by virtue of their socioeconomic status as well as individuals with intellectual disability/autism with housing and job training. Its goal is to initiate, develop and maintain programs, funding and advocacy that result in greater visibility, understanding, acceptance and support for individuals who have or are at risk of having intellectual or developmental disabilities.
