Junior Lone Star FC are heading to the NPSL playoffs for the first time in six seasons after beating New Jersey Copa FC on the road last weekend.
Anthony Allison led the Stars with a hat trick in the game and leads the team with nine goals in eight games on the season. Alvin Dahn also added a goal in the win, which put the Stars in second place, just three points off the unbeaten leaders FC Motown with one game remaining in the regular season against Hershey FC this Saturday.
West Chester United also clinched a playoff berth — their second straight after making it their first season in the league last year — despite losing 1-0 on the road to FC Monmouth over the weekend.
