After playing their way into the Round of 16 with a less than convincing result against Qatar, the United States U20 team will look to extend their time in Poland against France.
Les Bleus topped Group E with victories over Saudi Arabia, Panama and Mali while the U.S. won two straight over Nigeria and Qatar after an opening game loss to Group D winner Ukraine to finish second.
They overcame a two-goal deficit to draw France 2-2 in one of its final pre-World Cup friendlies in March.
Today’s match will be the second ever meeting between the two countries in this competition.
