If the red card is repealed, the City Islanders FC captain will be available for Harrisburg’s trip to Rochester.
On Monday night, Harrisburg City Islanders FC captain Bobby Warshaw received a red card in the 83rd minute for a dangerous play.
Warshaw attempted an overhead kick but missed the ball and connected with Orlando City B defender Keegan Smith’s face. Smith was addressed by medical staff but returned to the match.
Players who receive a red card are automatically suspended for the following USL league match. In Warshaw’s case, that means missing a key away match against the 2015 USL Champion Rochester Rhinos.
