Three weeks ago, the Union signed Kevin Kratz to their roster and we haven’t heard much from the German midfielder since then. But after training on Wednesday afternoon, Kratz was introduced to the Philadelphia press and shared a little about himself.
For starters, he and Tranquillo Barnetta overlapped at German football club Leverkusen and developed a nice relationship while teammates back in the mid-2000’s.
“He was always the guy who took care of younger players, there were some older players who kept separate from others, but when I came up from the second team to train with the first team he always came up to me and said if I needed anything just to let him know.
