Hidden underneath the SEPTA train tracks, nestled between a restaurant and apartments, there lies a building with no sign. Just a logo on the front door.
But inside, there’s art at work.
Philadelphia Tattoo Collective opened its doors in 2015, and has been growing rapidly in the two-plus years it’s been in business. The shop is home to nine artists, with eight stations for tattooing. The company is looking to become even more of a Philadelphia staple by applying for the Union’s Chief Tattoo Officer position.
