That’s what made Brian Donovan and the rest of the shop applied for the Union’s Chief Tattoo Officer position.
Initially, Donovan was not even going to apply for the open CTO slot. He heard it from one of his clients, who is a big Union fan, and started letting all of his friends in the tattoo industry who were Union fans as well know about the position.
