From making sure he's on time, to following his diet to training in soccer, discipline is at the root of it all, and that is because of his father, Leslie.
Leslie Picault served as a Marine before Fafa was born, serving an active role for two years while being a reserve for four. Once he retired, Leslie played professional soccer for the New England Sharks and Pennsylvania Stoners of the American Soccer League, as well as the Philadelphia Fever of the Major Indoor Soccer League. When Fafa was born and took to soccer, the two parts of Leslie's life collided.
