Chris Pontius scores his 10th goal of the season and fourth goal in five games in victory

Philadelphia Union earned a result on the road for the second consecutive week after a 4-0 victory over New England Revolution on Saturday night in front of a crowd of 17,127 at Gillette Stadium. The win gives Philadelphia 34 points on the season (9-8-7). The Union are back in action this Saturday when they host Toronto FC.

Philadelphia started the match perfectly as C.J. Sapong gave the Union a 1-0 lead in the second minute of play. The play was created by Fabinho who dribbled down the near sideline, most of the Revolution defense stopped as the ball stayed on the line.
