A week of voting wasn't enough as the 2017 Bethlehem Steel FC Goal of the Year headed to extra time between finalists Santi Moar and Chris Nanco on Monday, fighting to the crown.
After an extra day of voting that took place on Steel FC's Facebook and Twitter platforms, Chris Nanco was chosen by the fans as the club's top goal of this past season by a 34-vote margin.
Nanco's winning-goal came north of the border in his native Canada, firing a curling rocket on his first touch to help Steel FC start a rally against the Ottawa Fury FC.
