Philadelphia Union midfielder Bou0159ek Dou010dkal could be back on the field in time for the team’s next game against the Montreal Impact after suffering an ankle sprain in Orlando over the weekend.
“The news that we’ve gotten back from testing and the different medical staffs that have seen him is positive,” head coach Jim Curtin said on Wednesday. “It doesn’t look like it’s going to be anything where he’s missing a month or anything like that. It will be a couple weeks it looks like.”
Curtin said it’s unclear whether he’ll be ready to go in a key match against another Eastern Conference playoff contender, but that the team is “going to push like crazy to get him ready.
