Andre Blake earned his first captain's band for the Jamaican National Team and rewarded the Reggae Boyz leadership with a stellar performance, earning a 2-0 victory.
Blake continued his fine form from MLS and brought it to the national stage, making six saves in the match. Three of the saves were his usual highlight reel saves, including two when the two teams were scoreless. The third help preserve Jamaica's one-goal lead, and his save helped propel Jamaica to gain the insurance goal. His clean sheet was his third straight for club and country, and for his game, Blake earned Man of the Match honors.
