Another game, another clean sheet.
Andre Blake was in net once again for the Jamaican national team, this time against Mexico in a rematch of the 2015 Gold Cup Finals. Wearing the captain's band for the second straight game, Blake stood tall, withstanding every Mexico attack to keep them off the scoresheet.
During the match, Mexico controlled the game with 73.5 percent possession for the match. The team peppered Jamaica with 14 shots, but Blake was only forced to make two saves. Blake's defense did their part, forcing eight shots to go off frame while chipping in three blocks (as well as one off the post).
