Bethlehem Steel FC return to Goodman Stadium on Sunday, May 1 at 3 p.m. to take on Eastern Conference leaders Louisville City FC. Steel FC look to get a win after tying Charleston Battery 0-0 last weekend.
“Charleston had a few set pieces over the weekend,” head coach Brendan Burke said. “I thought other than that, in the run of play, we defended very well as a group.”
One of the names that produced the strong defensive performance was Philadelphia Union Academy player Auston Trusty. The 17-year-old played alongside Union loanee Anderson and helped keep a clean sheet for a hard-fought point.
