Bethlehem Steel FC to Participate In Philadelphia Union Festival

For the second consecutive season, Bethlehem Steel FC will take part in the Philadelphia Union Festival hosted by Reading United A.C. at the Exeter High School’s Don Thomas Stadium on Wednesday, May 31st. Steel FC will be a part of the feature event, playing a friendly against Reading United A.C.

“This is an event that I look forward to for many reasons because it is a meaningful game and a special event to mark the strength of the relationship between the two clubs,” Bethlehem Steel FC head coach Brendan Burke said. “It is a very good exercise for our players to play against many of the top college prospects in the nation and it also gives us a good look at all of the Reading guys playing against pros and top prospects as well in our top academy players.
