Atlanta starts off strong

In their first-ever game, the expansion team drubbed Chattanooga FC of the National Premier Soccer League, 4-0. Forward Hector Villalba opened the scoring at the nine minute mark and midfielder Yamil Asad added another later in the first half.

After halftime, Atlanta United came out in their secondary kits and added to more goals, courtesy of forwards Josef Martinez and Andrew Carleton.
