Andre Blake had some spectacular moments during Saturday night’s match – so much so that he was nominated for not one, but two Save of the Week moments.
First, in the 26th minute, the Union were up 1-0, and Mike Grella had a great look off a deflection inside the six. Amidst the craziness in front of him, Blake dropped to his knees for the save and cleared the ball way outside of the 18.
The athleticism, the reflexes, the quick thinking! It was incredible – and deserves your vote.
Then later on in the match, Blake denies Grella again – this time on a diving one-handed stop.
