The USL season has been over for less than a day, and already there's multiple big moves being made in preparation for 2018. Atlanta and Memphis are talking about new teams joining the fray as early as next year. Then, and another move that's certain to shake up the USL Eastern Conference, Rochester Rhinos coach Bob Lilley came back to Pennsylvania to become the new head coach of the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.
Harrisburg City Islanders fans were probably distracted thinking about what this new move means for the Keystone Derby cup. After all, Harrisburg head coach Bill Becher used to be Bob Lilley's teammate back with the Harrisburg Heat.
