Making his first start at Talen Energy Stadium in 2019, defender Olivier Mbaizo not only aided in a clean sheet that propelled the Union to first place in the Eastern Conference but he picked up his first MLS assist.
The 21-year-old from Cameroon aided in Wednesday night's opening goal, finding forward Kacper Przybylko in the box with a perfectly weighted cross.
"It's good to put the ball into the center and find a way to cross the ball and get it into the center and that what I did," Mbaizo said via a translator following the 2-0 victory over FC Cincinnati.
