In a match as dry as the Colorado mountain air, Jamaica and Mexico played to a 0-0 stalemate at Mile High Stadium in Denver.
Both teams looked rather composed on the ball early on, however neither team had a good look at goal until well into the match. Both teams defenses stood firm, making critical interceptions and tackles to keep the match a stalemate.
Mexico had the first good chance of the match when Houston Dynamo forward Cubo Torres’ header caught Andre Blake going the wrong way, but it hit the far post and bounced out in the 24th minute.
