Former Phillie César Hernández has been traded from Cleveland to the Chicago White Sox, according to Jeff Passan of ESPN.
The 31-year-old second baseman has been pretty good for Cleveland this season, slashing .231/.307/.431 with 18 home runs and 47 RBIs. His previous career high in home runs was 15 back in 2018.
