Just as everyone expected, Taijuan Walker looked ace-like in the series finale against Colorado, with six scoreless innings. In his first outing of 2025, he allowed just five baserunners. It was a great start for Walker, who suffered the ire of 44,000+ Phillies fans during Monday’s Opening Day introductions. Perhaps not all is lost quite yet in this relationship.

Missing the Panamanian God of Utility Players, the offense was instead led by Realmuto, who had three hits and stole two bases.
