Led Zeppelin blared over the Citizens Bank Park speaker system and the fans cheered. Eleven days after returning from the disabled list, following days of speculation and reports regarding a potential trade, there was Chase Utley, still in a Phillies uniform, still the team's second baseman.
A trade of Utley before the end of the month is still not out of the question, but as the days wear on it appears less and less likely. Speaking before his team's 8-5 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday, Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr deemed it "very likely" that Utley remains with his longtime club through the season's final seven weeks.
