It’s been a tough start to the season for a few of the Phillies on the roster. The bullpen trio of Joe Ross, Tanner Banks and Jose Ruiz all look like they are going to fall short of even the least optimistic of projections, even if the expected role and ceiling wasn’t high to begin with.
