Trade deadline day is upon and I, for one, couldn’t be more thrilled. This is the day where people make bad decisions for immediate upgrades, but it’s great for us neutral observers.
Keeping it more Phillies-centric, the day does promise hold a bit of intrigue. Though the team seemingly already has finished their big ticket shopping, the questions still remain about ways to upgrade the roster. Reports are present that the team is still looking to acquire another relief pitcher which makes some sense considering the current construction of the bullpen.
Though the White Sox have been reported to have said Luis Robert is not going to be moved today, is it possible that a package could be mutually agreed on where the Cuban centerfielder would end up in Philadelphia?
