Despite a breakout first half by Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm, his struggles down the stretch and in the postseason could lead Philadelphia to move him before next season. The right-handed hitter is reportedly on the trade block as the team attempts to bounce back from its National League Division Series loss.
Bohm was a productive player in 2024 as he hit .280/.332/.448 with 15 home runs and 44 doubles in 143 games. He started for the NL in the All-Star Game and enjoyed his best full season to date. But the results were not there in the second half, especially after he strained his left hand late in the season.
