Three offseason moves that the Phillies need to make

The Phillies entered the 2024 season with a startling amount of roster consistency. They had returned essentially the entire team from the previous season where they had won 90 games and ultimately lost in the NLCS. The strategy worked in the regular season, as Philadelphia improved its win total to 95 and won its first NL East division title since 2011. However, they regressed in the postseason, as they were quickly dispatched by the rival Mets in the NLDS.

This offseason should be very different from last year. The belief that running it back will yield better results is now gone and decisions need to be made.
