It’s strange we are where we are with regard to Alec Bohm.
When the long-haired former first round pick was selected to be the starter for the National League in the All Star Game last summer, it seemed as though the narrative of Bohm’s career in Philadelphia had come full circle.
From one of the team’s top prospects and exciting young players, to the “I hate this bleeping place” fiasco, to his egregious defensive troubles, to improvements offensively and defensively, to his incredible first five months of the ‘24 season, Bohm’s time in Philadelphia had seemingly come full circle.
