Let’s begin by tipping our cap to the team that knocked the Phillies out of the postseason. While the Mets are as close to a mortal enemy as one team can have, there’s a grudging respect to the run they are on. They had the Phillies scouted well - knowing how to attack the hitters, exposing the bullpen at the worst possible time for Philadelphia - and won the series between the rivals fair and square. Kudos to them.
