Rubén Amaro Jr. is making a return to Philadelphia — this time as a media member instead of a front office executive.

Bob Brookover of The Philadelphia Inquirer has reported that the former Phillies general manager will be be an analyst for NBC Sports Philadelphia this season. He also reports that Amaro will likely be taking a position at SportsRadio 94 WIP.

Best known for his time as general manager, Amaro had two stints as a Phillies player before joining the front office.
