Rookie Goeddel helps Phillies rally past Marlins, 6-5

MIAMI -- Tyler Goeddel hit an RBI double for his first career extra-base hit and then scored in a two-run eighth inning Sunday, helping the Philadelphia Phillies rally past Miami 6-5.

The Phils trailed 3-0, took the lead and then fell behind 5-4. Goeddel, a rookie who came into the game batting .147, tied the game against David Phelps (2-2) and scored on a double by Andres Blanco.

Philadelphia's Aaron Nola allowed three runs in six innings, and his scoreless streak ended at 23 innings. Hector Neris (1-1) pitched 1 2/3 scoreless innings, and Jeanmar Gomez pitched around a two-out single in the ninth for his 11th save.
