Rained-out Phils will play two with Cubs on Friday

The Phillies' game Thursday against the Chicago Cubs at Citizens Bank Park was delayed for two hours before it was finally postponed because of rain. The game will be made up Friday as part of a single-ticket doubleheader.

Phillies lefthander Adam Morgan, who was set to pitch on Thursday, will start the first game on Friday at 5:05 p.m. Gates will open at 4:05. In his last start, Morgan reached the seventh inning for the fourth time in 13 starts. The rookie has walked just three batters in his last 35 innings.

Morgan will be opposed by Jake Arrieta, a candidate for the National League Cy Young Award.
