"It's hard not to notice it, but you try not to think about it," Asher said Sunday morning at Spectrum Field. "You just have to focus on what you want to do and who you want to be. But all the young starters know we have a lot of young talent. It just makes for good competition. But you can't really say, 'I should be here' or 'I should be there.
