Phillies waste Eflin's strong debut, lose in extras

MIAMI -- The Phillies cannot afford to keep losing to a team like the Marlins.

But they lost again Tuesday night at Marlins Park, 2-1. Phillies right-hander Yacksel Rios allowed a one-out triple to Cameron Maybin in the 10th inning, and Yadiel Rivera followed two batters later with a single to center field to win it.

Phillies right-hander Zach Eflin made his season debut, carrying a perfect game into the sixth inning. Miguel Rojas hit a leadoff bloop double between Aaron Altherr and Cesar Hernandez down the right-field line.
